1. Clear Deck 2. The number of letters in your person's name, Shuffle the deck that number of times 3. Use that same number to create that number of piles, placing one card at a time. 4. Take the first pile and discard cards from the top until you find one of these cards: Q♥️, A♥️, K♠️, A♠️ 5. If you find one of those cards in that first pile, put it back on top and move to the next pile. If you didn't find one, move to the next pile. 6. Repeat the discarding/searching process until you get through all the piles. 7. Once all the decks have been checked, place the 1st pile on top of the 2nd, then that new pile on the 3rd, and so on. 8. Take the number we used before (the number for that person's name) and subtract it by 1. Use that new number and create that number of piles by placing one at a time (like before). 9. Continue this entire process of searching, combining, and creating piles until you have made a single pile (by placing one at a time like always). 10. Create a card spread with the remaining cards and see where the Queen, King, and Aces are placed.

Hi, what if the first card that you fill is one of the cards that you are looking for? What do you do then?

You would only shuffle the name at the beginning, exactly how you said so “Johnny” you would shuffle 6 times. Then when you display the card, it should be divided into four in the first round. So no need to shuffle the amount of letters in his name name at that step, hopefully that helps so exciting that you’re doing the spread!!
