Truly a gorgeous house with well-thought out details. Combined with lovely textural materials and landscaping, it's so peaceful yet welcoming. Love it.

How are masonry bricks eco-friendly? The CO2 from making these bricks are one of the green house gases. If it were rammed earth it would have a much lower CO2 footprint. The bricks are great heat-sinks to conduct heat right into the house. For a video that repeat “eco-friendly” it lacks any substantive explanation of why it’s eco-friendly. “Eco-friendly design prevalent in Vietnam”, LOL!!! Love the skylight that heats up the interior wall to release the heat later that night. LOL!

Wonderful design and setting. This location is actually 63 miles, and about 1.45 hours drive from Yosemite Valley, over winding roads. Beautiful views from this residence, but nothing close to the grandeur of Yosemite Valley.

It's a nice house, but in my opinion they have gone too far with the vertical panels and vegetation. Also, the spaces are too shady for my taste.

I like the project, but not the monotonous lemon yellow. Ricardo Legoreta or Luis Barragán have done beautiful things with color. Using them as inspiration could improve the final outcome a lot in my opinion.
