@@djacobs9658 The first run with the V1 Roller, I used two 4s 6200mah youume, got about 45mins, second run I used two 4s 4500mah youume. I got a about 25mins. The RTR EXB used a 6s 6000mah Golbat, got about 40

@hooliobandaidrc9158 wow how was your Temps ? Are you using fans? On 8s did you feel like the differentials can take it?

@@djacobs9658 good question, I rolled the the front tires back and forth checking the diffs I thought I heard something.. but it was cause the lower front arm broke off the hinge pin, so so far so good, once I fix the arm I'll check it again, no problems with temps, the V2 RTR Kraton has the stock motor fan 35mm about 12,000 RPM standard, I'll be changing it for a metal 21 - 22,000 Rpm, The 8s V1 Roller Kraton has a Team Brood 50mm, 10,000 RPM

Absolutely. I like these tires for ripping. they are sqaure, more stability, on my other shogun V2.. I'm running Arrma 6s dBoots Backflips.. I find if you go up in size the speed of the Shogun in particular will make it flip easier, with these stock tires, as you can see she wants to but just doesn't have it.. the V1 Shogun will flip out out the box with it's stock tires.. about the breakage..? Are running the V1 or V2 Shogun?

It's hard to say, the Traxxas Slash is one car I've almost bought then never really got the chance, I'll get the Slash Ultimate eventually, so it's hard to compare, but I think this car with an upgraded 6s esc I would choose over the Traxxas Slash

I found it to be just a tad lacking in the power department to do flips whatnot, unlike the Maxx V2, otherwise a great machine, I would recommend going to a 6s ESC, running it on 4 or better yet lower the pinion and punch on 6s, it's very hard to handle on stock gearing 6s

Yes, the Kraton 4s is fun, it's great to have, but it's no Kaiju Ext, the Kaiju EXT is bigger jumps just as durable if not more, the Kaiju EXT is one of the best rigs out there for probably the best price, some the the cars I'd recommend - Kaiju but lean more towards the EXT for durability, Traxxas Sledge, Team Corally Shogun V1 and V2, Arrma Notorious, Arrma big Rock, Arrma Fireteam, a lot like the Kaiju EXT but not quite as good in performance, especially for the price, but both have very high fun factors, Traxxas Maxx, these are all durable and fun

You know... I agree, the Machete is kickass for sure but they should of made it a different car instead of an update and just made a Shredder V2, like a Shredder 6s

That's a tough one.. it depends on what you want, The Machete is awesome for accuracy, handling and really fun to rip, it rips better than the Kaiju Ext, however to have it flip you need to gear it up, and/or put bigger tires on.. The Kaiju Ext is extremely durable, extremely fun for flips, rips, does everything out the box but stated before the Machete rips better, which is what it's designed for, the Kaiju V2 is a stunt truck, if I had to pick one I would easily choose the Kaiju V2, for the money, what you get and I'm more of a jumper and basher, you don't get much better with the Kaiju V2..
