Silent follower here: Currently 7 weeks PP with my first! I love our sweet boy so much but motherhood is the toughest thing I’ve ever done and I’m only 7 weeks in. I also had a breakdown with my mama, and she said something so beautiful to me. “Life is hard no matter what; choose your hard.” And ever since, I’ve been able to reframe it all! What a blessing it is to have contact naps all day with my boy, how lucky am I to be in a season where I can calm all of his emotions and fix all of his problems with just a little skin-to-skin. I’m sure toddler life will come with its slew of difficulties, and I’ll try to see my glass half full then too! Some days I still cry lol, but I am able to bounce back quicker!! You’re an amazing mama, wife, friend, and daughter ✝️, Kat. Your family is so blessed to have you & thank you for being so raw & vulnerable with us🫶🏾
