2 minutes in and it feels like the owner went out of her way to devalue her property. The good thing is these are just wall coverings/flooring and could be ripped out if the home goes on the market, but the entryway feels very suffocating. I like the kitchen and dining area.

St9ke Newington is the next negative equity area in n3xt 3-4 years. WHY? Cos firstly, it ain't Islington, secondly its literally 10 minutes from Ghetto Tottenham, Only thing that sustains Stoke Newington is proximity to Angel Islington by 73 bus ( 1/2 hour). AND most importantly is Stokey feeds off 1 single narrow street, Church street. Rest of area us featureless Dalston to South is nothing special, retains its 90s dodginess.

I suggest rethinking your KZbin branding strategy. The line, "Imagine walking into your new house, throwing a party to show off your family and friends!" sounds incredibly shallow. Why reduce your family and friends to mere props in your show-off game? Focus on real connections rather than flaunting possessions. It's tasteless and reflects poorly on your brand's values. Change the script-aim for authenticity, not vanity.
