My favorite way of doing this is to finish the main quest of the DLC and start expanding to the Commonwealth. Go back and do Power Play to have one of the gangs get wiped out, usually the Disciples bc fuck em, and grab my rewards from the other gang leaders. Then go grab a set of PA that I've been spiffing up just for the occasion, grab whatever weapons suit my fancy and go raze the park

Yes they will just make sure the have 2 saves, one without cheats and one with cheats
