This is just Sand Shower Zone and Rock World Zone combined. Dust Hill Zone might not have had any concept art made, but wouldn't it be more likely that it would have resembled Green Hill Zone's cave system from Knuckles' path in Sonic Mania? It is essentially the "bad future" version of Green/Emerald Hill Zone.
