Als uni Fräser liegt der Fräskopf zu hoch da die untere Führung bei planfräsen breiter Teile mit Werkstück kolidieren könnte.

Ehrlich gesagt ist das nur so, weil unser Kompressor dann neu gestartet ist. Der Luftdruck war nicht mehr hoch genug.

Hello! Please maybe you have the knowledge to help me with the problem I have with my twin electra tu 4 machine. When we bought it was equipped with saw blades 4mm thick and was very accurate in cutting. Now we changed them and put on it saw blades 5mm in thickness and the distance now is around 1.2mm less from the desired one. When we choose 100mm length it will cut it 99mm.Can you help me please in calibration? Thank you in advance.

Good Morning, Somewhere in the Parameters you can change the thickness of sawblades. You will need a password to enter. Im not sure, but maybe it is 974747. But pretty sure it should be changed from 4 mm to 5 mm

Hallo Artur, Außer im Getriebe haben wir hier kein Öl. Das kann man natürlich wechseln. Muss man aber eigentlich nur, wenn die Dichtung am Motor nicht mehr in Ordnung ist. Tropft sie bei deiner Maschine?

Hallo Christoph Tropfen tut sie nicht, aber macht ein komisches Geräusch und Richt ein bisschen nach kaputten Akkuschrauber.

@@arturbauer948 das kenne ich so nicht. Aber kann schon sein, dass Öl fehlt. Ich meine da wäre auch ein Schauglas. Bin mir da gerade aber auch nicht sicher. Kann aber natürlich auch einfach daran liegen, dass die Lager am Motor nicht mehr leichtgängig sind oder die Bremse nicht mehr richtig löst. Ich weiß nicht, ob alle Modelle eine Bremse haben. Aber ich würde da fast auf die Bremse tippen. Vielleicht kann man die auch nachstellen. An deiner Stelle würde ich mit der Maschinennumer oder zumindest Baujahr bei Schechtl anrufen. Die Leute im Service sind relativ hilfsbereit und haben da sicherlich mehr Erfahrung als ich ;-)

@@masopilami Le problème que j'ai c'est que le disque de réglage d'angle ne tourne pas et je me demande si celui-ci tourne avec un moteur ??

Oui c'est correct. L'angle est réglé par un moteur. Parfois, il y a juste quelque chose entre les deux. Chutes de métal ou similaires. Malheureusement, j'ai vendu la machine il y a quelque temps, donc je ne peux plus voir comment va notre machine.

Hallo, Einfach den Klemmhebel am Tisch lösen und dann von Hand verdrehen. Sollte normalerweise leicht gehen. Es sei denn es wurde ewig nicht gemacht, dann ist der Tisch vielleicht festgerostet. Mal mit etwas Öl versuchen.

Die Maschine ist bereits verkauft worden. Wir haben eine Elumatec SA 73-35, die noch zum Verkauft steht. Ebenfalls eine Sägeautomat, der Schnitt ist aber von oben (380 mm Sägeblatt). Preis liegt bei € 7.500, netto. Baujahr 2011. Schönen Sonntag. Gruß Christoph Venker

Hi, I have DG79 and I have a problem. The left head works separately. The right head works separately. They don't work together. Which could be a problem.

Hi, I do not understand exactly. You mean both heads go down in different speed? So the first goes one goes down and a couple of seconds the next one? You can adjust the speed of every head seperately. If one head is very fast there might be missing some oil in the back of the cylinder. Best Regards Christoph

The heads work individually but together they will not. It won't go down. It is as if something interrupts the flow of air into the cylinders. Maybe it's electric valves. The air intake is 6 bar
