I’m Singaporean and I only rode Singapore Airlines about 4 times (if I remembered correctly) and the safety video is so much better than the EDIT: flight attendants speaking over the PA.

昨日乗ったけど、対応が悪すぎて 2度と乗りたくない航空会社だと思う。 単なるプロモーションがうまいだけ😮

I got on Singapore Airlines in December 2023 to Seattle and back to Singapore (SQ28/27 Airbus A350-900 [not ULR]) and the flight was 13 hours instead of 15, and yesterday when coming back to Singapore (24th November 2024 on a Boeing 737-MAX-8 SQ929) (Edit 1: and on November 16th 2024 on SQ(I COMPLETELY FORGOT) to Surabaya on the Airbus A350-900) and this music always makes me emotional because it makes me remember all the great memories I made in the US (2023) and Indonesia (Surabaya and Makassar in 2024). Edit 2: it’s actually more emotional when you come back to Singapore (if you are a Singaporean). Edit 3: My aunt surprised me and my mother with business class for the flight to Indonesia and back. Edit 4: I forgot to mention, the flight attendants and crew members are like the nicest and kindest people I have ever met, it’s different from other airlines especially United. Edit 5: While coming back to Singapore from the US, they accidentally played the boarding music instead of the iconic landing music, but that also made me emotional considering we were at the approaching the Singapore Strait at like 16:00 SGT (it was better at night at like 21:45 SGT). If I had the chance to go somewhere else overseas, I will pick Singapore Airlines for all the reasons me and some others mentioned. From Singapore 🇸🇬
