Mission had a NOTHAM in place but it was because of fire in Chilliwack. This is pretty much as close as I could legally fly to Mission.

That’s the pure mountain water flowing out of Stave Lake. He might have a polarizing lens on the drone that accentuates the natural hues. 🤙

This is interesting to me because it states taken at 4;30 The 6pm newscast said the debris wouldn't hit Hope until midnight. Mission is past Hope. How does this work?

So, yes, when I see something resembling an activist comment, as yours appeared to be, I will call it out. Thanks for clearing that up. Fun at parties? Not much but I'm on the spectrum. Do you judge everyone to your humour standard, of picking up nuance from a four word comment such as yours? P.S. for example, the noodle heads screeching about the Jasper fire and climate change: The only thing terrible, or un-natural about that fire was that it burned down human constructions, otherwise it was simply a natural event.

Other than the debris, that is the normal look for the river at that point.
