Sandals resort are beautiful and most of the time the service is on point. It’s just the food is terrible and I’ve been to several other resorts and all of them taste bland for the amount of money you are paying if they can fix that they would truly be a five star resort, it is a 3 1/2 at best

Yes, it does! In fact, there's a part of the river with a rope attached to a tree that you can swing into the water with.

When we went there was really only that main area of entrance, and paddle to end and it was "blocked" to were we couldnt paddle anymore,

I’ve been going there since 1997. Lived there 3 months January to April. Those rain clouds come and go. You need to spend a week there and explore the whole island. Stay at a Airbnb and eat at the local restaurants. Locals are amazing people. Very safe island.

Hi, the wife here. Congratulations, that is so exciting! There's a somewhat secluded beach just down from the adults only pool. You'll see a set of stairs right by that pool. I think that'd be a great spot! Best wishes and enjoy your trip!

@mikimiki195 I believe they do let you choose on reservation, they may cost more. We have a 4 passenger and it seemed smaller compared to others. But there are a lot of golf cart rental places as soon as you get out of the ferry. Indios is not on the main strip and it’s around the corner, had to pull up a map to find it

I appreciate your thorough review. We head thwre next week. We tried your suggestion of calling to book reservations for meals but unfortunately they dont do it. We are travelling with three kids under 11 did you find the food options ok for kiddos?

Ah man, sorry they won't let you do it over the phone. I would be sure to get your reservations submitted early the next morning, after you arrive. Yes, we have a pretty picky eater and she enjoyed the food. Most restaurants had a kids menu and the International buffet had a kids section for breakfast each morning with really fun food. Enjoy your trip!

Yea, it's unfortunate that it's not included with all room types. However, it is free for club level and above rooms.

Thanks for watching, this was filmed in May 2023. So they don't have an app, they pretty much do things by paper, and email, unfortunately. But I'm sure you can call them in advance with reservations.
