For those of us who are vegan: 1 thin layer of whatever you use for cake, in the bottom of a deep walled cake pan. Top with 4 cups of whatever you use for a cooked vanilla pudding, with a little vinegar mixed in. Bake at 300 degrees (F), or hotter, until at least 210 degrees (F) internal temperature; bare minimum would be for 50 minutes (longer at lower temperatures). Remove from oven and put in a fridge (on hot pad) for several hours to chill completely. Frost/decorate as you please with whatever you like to use for frosting, garnishes, etc. Chill again for at least 1 hour in a refrigerator. No, it won't be exactly the same, and it's not supposed to be. It'll still make an interesting treat!
