Being an introvert in retail is almost a nightmare. I get judged by coworkers and managers and what’s even more bad is people think they can bully you because you don’t talk much. Even had people try to get me fired because they didn’t like my personality. It really shows the insecurity in a lot of people when they can’t figure you out.

I was always a nice guy. Back in school i would get the nicest award consecutively. It wasnt till my job in 2024 when I realized i need to stop being nice.
