I really don't like the way these sports work. Ending the assault when you hit makes kind of sense in sword fencing, because it acknowledges that every hit can potentially be fatal. But that is not true here - not with hits like these. So, imo this feels more like a game than a martial art competition.

ngl, im a beggginer, got my yellow belt grading coming up, 20/11/24. all i can really see if the point score, where is the actual fight? like what is the fight? is this just for points liek the BJJ where they all go to the ground in 1 second to win.... please correct me?

Fin heesom is amazing, i want to see him one day compete in full-contact. It would be fun see someone use point-fighting style in kickboxing, karate combat and MMA like MVP, Daniels, Wonderboy, horiguchi etc. He is really good.
