An interesting sequel could have been the human version of momp returns to the pokemon village, still able to communicate with pokemon and helps them against a human threat or something of the sort like team rocket. Probably a bit too much for a Pokemon game though.

I skipped ahead a bit but you seemed to have missed the guy that allows you to craft as well, pretty important...

I noticed something because you have the subtitles on, after the guy singing walked away he said something about the path not necessarily being the right path. They lead you to Sandgate Village, but there's loads of arrows on the floor and that's probably where you were riddled with arrows before and staggered back tot he start to be rescued. You can go that way, it's a bit of a pain. But you can also go about 3 other ways at the start, the area is massive.

Tyranitar could learn Cut, and Steelix. Think those were the only options for Rock in this generation. Their previous forms could not learn it.

Lowest variance strat with that casino game: Start on 2x. Pick the half with all options left, until there isn't one, then switch to 3x. Pick the third with all options left, until there isn't one, then switch to 4x, pick the quarter with all options left till there isn't one, then 6x. pick the 6th with all options left until there isn't one, then 24x till the reset, then return to 2x. Repeat until happy. This has the same average as just picking any 24x every time, but has less downside (and less upside). With the Low Variance strat, 95% of the time you'll net -21 and +90 coins in a set of 12 cards. For the high variance strat, its -36 to +180 coins per 12 cards. In both cases you'll average +12 coins in 12 cards. Interesting the medians for the two are 6 (low) and 36 (high), so more than half the time the high variance strat gives you more money. So I guess... Put it all on Oddish 6, and eventually you'll win?
