That's insane. Since you opened it up before you might have over or under tightened the rod bolts. Did you go hand tight in small increments alternating between each bolt before finally applying torque to spec with a torque wrench? This is crucial for bearing crush and to ensure the rod caps seat properly.

If the car doesn’t start you’ll get crank trigger error regardless but your crank index should be set to 334.0 degrees 11 teeth -4

I had a 2021 GT Premium with a manual MT82 transmission. Complete garbage! I could put up with the plastic interior, engine tick and the glitchy electronics, but the drive train was garbage. Kept the GT for 2 months and unloaded it....was a pile of junk. Bought a real car from another manufacturer with a standard TREMEC couldn't be happier...FU FORD! BTW - if you did buy this POS with a MT82 you can join the class action suit!
