I love your openness about your true experience as a real estate agent. Even when you aren't feeling very productive you still share and are open with your audience. I hate that you have moments where you question whether this is what God has for you. I feel that you have the personality and mindset to succeed in this business but haven't hit your stride yet for whatever reason. When you have deals that fall apart or customers that never make it to the client stage, evaluate what happened and what you may or may not have contributed to making that deal stick. Honestly, when I was editing this video, I had a moment like, Ugh, I hope people don’t think I’m over here spiraling every other week. But at the same time, I want to keep it real-this journey hasn’t been easy, and I think it’s important to show what it actually takes to build something meaningful. Real estate is just one piece of the puzzle I’m trying to figure out, and let me tell you, I’ve gotten really good at learning all the ways that don’t work. But the good news is, I think I’m finally cracking the code-or at least I’m getting better at failing forward! And honestly, I’ve learned to be patient with myself because greatness takes time (and maybe a little caffeine). Hi Imynn Thanks for sharing that's why I'm keeping my job. I going have upfront money I know will not make a lot of money at first. My first year work on building my business set a goal how many homes I want to sell my first year. #1 goal keep God first over my business.

Great video for newer agents and even seasoned agents who may feel stuck. My first year was definitely one i do not want to repeat so each year had to be better than the last. I wish I fully understood how to run my business the first year. I would love to connect and be apart of your referral network. I am in the Florence area. Real and relevant lessons Your career is only beginning and you are and will do great!!!!!👏👏👏👏 My biggest first year takeaway would be if they don't know, you won't grow! Tell everyone you are a Realtor, build genuine connections and focus on yourself and how you want your business to grow.

I’ll tell everyone at at least three different times on three different occasions that I’m a realtor because they forget all the time so yes, tell everybody everywhere all the time because nobody knows your realtor until you say it❤️❤️

My 1st year, I did an open house in an empty 2 family 3 floor listing and wore 4 inch heels no flats😮💨😮💨 learned my lesson always carry flats and I got 2 chairs from Five Below in my trunk just in case 😅

So I’m very skeptical and i want the growth to be organic not fake. Yes, the training here is top notch. They really thought about everything. A new agent would need and would need to know and they put it in a course and I’m so grateful for it. But girl that umbrella got me messed up I wasted a $1.25. in a matter of seconds , but I am not mad at it.
