It feels off when you downshift? Do you downshift and just let it sit in the high rpm’s usually I’m on the brakes when I do that just so I don’t feel the car shake a lot. Especially when I cold start and I downshift it jurks a bit but that’s because the clutch is slipping since the car has been turned off for a while. I’d say run it for another 500-1k miles and if it’s still doing the same thing take it in just to get looked at and make sure nothing is messed up

@@Cks24 I can be braking and downshifting but even when I downshift from 2 to 1 the car rubber bands a little in the sense that it rocks forward then back when downshifting going to a stop

@@Cks24 There's a tune available according to this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/l5vCpYufgLSto7c. This tune should also work with the Kia Forte GT which the downshifts sounds similar to the Veloster N or Elantra N downshifts

I’d say just a little bit but also the button on the left make sure to turn it up “illumination” it can be 20 max I usually keep it on 15 for the best mix of light but also light when the DRLs come on when nightfalls

When your on your big screen go to setup, screen layout, display off and it’ll show the screen that I had in the video

@ OFC MAN. Me being a GT owner with my 2022 being at almost 42k miles, sometimes I do the same thing when I want it to do what I want, but it gets unhappy LMFAO and starts doing some questionable transmission noises. So I’ve stopped, and the car drives a whole lot smoother, more accurate with what it needs to do if ur not in manual mode. In manual mode, it’s pretty much u can do whatever u want, but being in auto, that’s just somthing u gotta let the car handle on its own.😂 Love the content tho man! Keep it up! Just installed lowering springs too! 🫶

I went to Jr Muffler and Brakes and I paid 220 I was lowkey expecting more but I think that would’ve been the case if I “X” pipe instead of the “Y” pipe as you seen in the video

You mean on the strut when installing it again I had to realign the strut so the bolts could torque down completely

No I didn’t torque any of the bolt to a certain point there is marks on all of the bolts to indicate where they started so you can try to reference that if you choose to do and the spring cushions i mimicked the same process while taking off re installing it it’s fairly simple if it wasn’t they would’ve been failed by now

The ride quality is good It doesn’t feel bumpy to me the one thing I do notice is more noise in the rear from the springs but it doesn’t bother me at all I’m blasting music majority of the time

@@PerseusM76 let’s goooo!! And I got my paddle shifters from N75 Motorsports. It was a easy install you take the 3m sticky pad and heat it up but it on the paddle and stick the whole thing to the steering wheel took what a couple mins
