He's also genuinely a genius intellect. Also Mojave, big heads-up: You're at the point where you're strong enough that you can start the first DLC (Honest Hearts, starts with the quest Happy Trails Expedition). Just be sure that you don't have any pressing matters in the Mojave before starting as each of them will take you somewhere else for a while until travel opens back up. As such, I would probably do this task for Mr. House at Fortification Hill before undertaking it.

The monorail is used for NCR troops, if you aren't wearing NCR gear then the guards will likely attack. Never had any trouble with the Khans so can't address that issue. Definitely need to spend some time in Freeside and see The King. You're close to a good starting point for the DLCs.

The reason you see red inside the circle is because they are training dummies and in order to train with these dummies, they have to be red (unfriendly) or else you would not be able to train (increase your melee rank). They are not humans, they are training dummies.

MojaveD! You don't have to take the monorail to the Strip. There is an entrance in Freeside all the way past the kings which will give you a fast travel point.

In sure people have already mentioned this but you can make alot of caps in the casinos in the strip also the one in freeside and if you have high Luck it will be alot faster.

Beautiful journey. For me, I think Hosea was the glue for Dutch. Once Hosea dies you can really see him going off the rails. The trolley crash was the turning point, but Hosea dying was the final nail in the coffin.

The monorail is accessible to the player when they have at least a “liked” reputation with the NCR. You should check your reputations as there is a bug in the game that can reset or change faction reputations. It may have affected your rep with the Khans too.
