Thanks. I'm learning knots as part of my self-directed post-op OT (3 hand surgeries this past year). My manual dexterity is complete shite (as are my knot tieing skills. I should make a video of myself doing this. I'm sure I could make it look 10x more difficult. Hilarity ensues. I come from the "if you can't tie a knot, tie a lot" school.

Hi I hope your problem gets resolved soon. Knowing different types of knots and crafts can be very helpful in your life. You can categorize knots, and learning at least two knots in different positions will solve 90% of your tasks. The best way to learn a knot is by practicing it.👈 I’m glad UsingKnots channel can help you with this.❤

@@UsingKnots Thanks. I've got an excellent surgeon here in Chicago. Bouncing back from surgery at age 60 takes time. With bones removed, a screw, and other minor hardware inserted, the old 'muscle memory' needs to re-program. My legs get a good workout from picking up parts and tools :)

I don’t know what that is but it’s not a sheet bend. Useless and probably dangerous.

You should really add the name of each knot. This is the Zeppelin Bend.

You've tied the false butterfly knot. The proper butterfly knot must have the two loops linked together.
