How do you make layer 8? Was working on my first composite and couldnt figure out how to be able to add a camera raw filter on the whole image. Ended up merging them all and lost all the layers

To make layer 8 hold down Shift+Ctrl+Alt+E to merge all layers into one then choose from the filters Nik Collection and follow the steps in the tutorial. Do the same steps again for layer 9 then add camera raw
