I think it's stupid that he'd put his life in danger like that she could of easily filmed her husband being killed by a lion so stupid dad

Thumbs up for releasing lion, but video could be edited to about one minute. Please keep your videos edited down to most essential parts. Thank you.

Where is this taking place at? Just asking because it kind of looks like the Appalachian mountains.

I hope next time ya at least have a firearm for safety, these cougers are no joke, we have them here in the northwestern part of Oregon and they are not startled very easy. We live between 2towns on a main road with a gas station and school next door, a mountain lion had been roaming the fields for the whole summer but before that was known my wife and I had a weird incident. While walking our dogs at night in the fog we had heard this weird deep growling sound very close to us yet passed it off, even though we thought it sounded like a lion we joked about it....YEP ya just don't realise these are major predators that can end up in your back yard. Needless to say a week later my daughter who is 16 seen the lion come up to our 4 Plex door and everything clicked, which made me say " crap that thing was right next to us in the fog that night"...also all the wild farm cats stared disappearing and the coyotes we heard for the last 3 years left it was dead quiet at night.. The coyotes are back so we know she's moved on.

hunting cougars is retarded..they are predators like us and never meant to be hunted..only a shallow minded individual would hunt a cougar...hunt the dear and the elk and boars ,antelope etc...valid food sources...but cougars are not a valid food source..and i doubt any hunter who ever hunted one ever ate the dam thing unless they were starving to death...and all you fucking animal conservationist that think we need to hunt them to keep there numbers down are all idiots..cougars are for the most part solitary creatures, they don't travel in packs, and there numbers will never be a threat to us..we should be glad that north America even still has these guys around after they were almost hunted to extinction in some areas of the country..they are our majestic ambassadors for the wild..the largest predatory cat of the Americas and as a life long hunter, i don't think that they should be hunted..just my 2 cents....our predatory animals have a very vital function in nature and we would be wise not to interfere in that

Good going on schooling your children. The only criticism I feel worth giving is that after the I.D. was made, it should have been easier, safer and quicker to release the lil' kitty away. In order to reduce the cats' stress, and danger to you, your family and cats'. Also the trap seamed way to complicated a thing. Believe these two things explain why 1 out of 5 give a thumbs down.
@goatamongsheep42967 жыл бұрын
people like this should not be allowed to trap animals. He is a danger to himself, family, and animals. Almost incredibly stupid, but the video proves it's true......
