Hey great job with the video but at 10:54 your camera missed a basic shot. They were talking AND point to the island but he/she did not show the island in question. They missed an important opportunity here to showcase something unique in the house. May look small but this things count.

What I don’t understand is why the host agents become the focal point of the showing instead of the home. Please place the focus on where it belongs. The home is beautiful, but I can’t see enough of it for seeing the model. Pretty lady, but I’m not looking to purchase her. I would encourage you to model your showings after Enes Yilmazer. Please do review some of his showings as they will be a great help. Best of luck!

How come you do not show us the garden and the front yard? shows around the house, the neighborhood, and so on-full information. A client must have a total view and a bird's-eye view as well. 29M just for a building, no garden, or a back yard big enough for children to play. It's definitely a waste of money. It's a big no-no. I think they are very greedy for the outside space, and the asking price is way beyond what you are getting for the money. For this kind of money, you should be getting a football field as a back yard.

Yes I agree, It feels so empty yet soo full It does feel cozy I think it's because of the volume and how furniture are arranged. It feels like an art gallery museum

This was so awkward to watch. The lady was HORRIBLE at interrupting the guys. She had ZERO sense of humor. She reminded me of a girl who is working as an actual slave and was told "Mention all of these key points in every room, or deal with my backhand later" . Next was the home itself, some nice areas, but overall trash. Why would anyone spend 30 million on something built right next to a busy street, to hear traffic 24/7.

The propriety looks amazing but the noises from the street are kinda of a deal breaker, I my self used to live next to a busy street in east germany and after awhile I couldn't wait to move to a much calmer place.

You're correct. The amplification of noises during the video shooting was due to the microphone we used. Rest assured, this is not the case in real life. The mansion is situated in one of the quietest and most private areas in Dubai :)
