fixed my problem :) guys dont ask me why but it is critical that you find and use the exact same corde that came with your device ok and NO other! even if it fits to you player if it's not the one that came with it, then my laptop did not recognise it at all. and I saw that when it works with the right corde the player opens in a special way as to pair and doesnt just stay in the home page and just charge.

my usb device is working lol it detected my external hard drive, but it doesnt detect my mp3 player only.

when I go to disk management, there is nothing, no device and my mp3 player is connected. nothing has worked in this video.
