Not sure why this popped up for me, but no.. Use the bench as a tri base putting one knee on one end not the side, one hand on the bench, and planting one foot instead of planting both feet. If your goal is to maximize hypertrophy, you don't want to retract the scapula as shown here, you want a deep stretch and full protraction for better ROM and more flexibility. This demonstration defeats the purpose of being stronger in full ROM with full mobility
