Can’t use the pineapple skins in England. Pesticides used on them to stop them ripening too soon when imported.

That's good to know. However jewel weed doesn't grow in my area. But we have broad and narrow leaf plaintain. If you do the same thing with their leaves, it has the same effect. It also is good for insect bites and small wounds.

Yes, the plantain leaves are power full as well. We have them both .

Hello. Thank you for sharing. 🙏🏻 Can you tell me the measurements of both? Does it matter how much for the castor oil and pokeroot. Also how long do you leave it in the sun? Thanks so much.

Hello, 1 1/2 cup castor oil & 1/2 cup poke root. Anywhere from 1-14 days. You can also do a cold infusion and put it the cupboard for 6 weeks

Um. ... It's not just the seeds. The berries are definitely poisonous too. You might be diluting it enough and might be fine for you but this is really dangerous stuff to be putting on KZbin.
@listentoyourbody500217 күн бұрын
One of my followers shared her experience of using the berries , and she has been doing it for a long time. I then found others who have been using this recipe for years.

@jenelaina566517 күн бұрын
@@listentoyourbody5002 yeah, the young leaves cooked are the only really safe part and I double checked multiple places including university extensions before I posted. I couldn't find anything about the seeds being where all the berry toxins are stored. Can't add links to shorts so I didn't, but if the Lady Bird Johnson wildlife center goes with: "Because all parts of the plant are poisonous, its potential ethnobotanical uses are not treated here." USDA " The entire plant is poisonous causing a variety of symptoms, including death in rare cases. The berries are especially poisonous. Young leaves and stems when properly cooked are edible and provide a good source of protein, fat and carbohydrate." Feels like that's the responsible way to go about it. I just wouldn't want someone else to get sick. It might be ok in small doses, obviously you've had it, but someone might make a big batch and it might not be. Birds do eat the berries though, so I'd just leave it for them (and do, it's literally on a hiking path I go on frequently and across from wild black raspberry - I just grab those and freeze what I don't eat on the trail. There's enough left I can't get to without getting pricked for animals and birds lol.)

I've heard about Master cleanse with sea salt, I've heard it's best to put the sea salt under our tounge in the morning, because it absorbs differently from when adding it to food. I've been encouraged to drink sea salt water through many channels, I've heard to charge it in the sun, but I didn't know the full cycle. Yes, I've heard about moon water too, but this is my first time connecting the two. Thank you so much! About the spices too Blessings on your journey It is challenging for me to speak about myself, listening to you makes me understand that I am going through some kind of relearning processes too. What do you think about hydrogen water and ozone water? Love & blessings 💕

I don't know what is in castor oil that serves as a medicinal cure but my breast was aching for several days. I rubbed the area where I was aching and wrapped my breast in seran wrap and a towel and went to bed. I did this about 2 nights and the pain was gone by the 3rd night! I should have done this a long time ago for my fibroids. Now I am menopausal 😂.
