What a performer. Even though his pipes are almost gone, back in 2015 when he sang this classic he was spot on. What a talent!!! I just wish he performed She Loves You and I want to Hold your Hand post-Beatle era just once.

I was slightly too young for a Pulp gig in the 90s. Managed to get tickets for this and spent most of the night crying and dancing with sheer joy. Still the best gig I’ve ever been too.

First saw the Ants live in London Lyceum Aug 1979 age 14 (before Dirk came out) amazing band first thing I bought was Zerox then got this was a strange sounding single at the time last thing expected by a punk band classic single & b. Side Lady is great.

He knocked the audience out with that number at the ARMS concert in 1983, but he had perhaps the best drummer in the world and a great bassist and keyboard player backing him

You probably won't believe me but I am the girl who went on stage with Elton john by the way thanks for uploading this high quality video for the world to see I was a bit nervous going on stage but once I got up there it was the time of my life I'm so glad I got to have the opportunity to even go to the concert never mind going on stage but anyway thanks again

I believe you! It's a pleasure Lilly. Glad you liked the video. You didn't appear nervous at all when on stage and looked like you were having fun. You were sat in the row behind me for most of the show. My first time seeing Elton and glad I went. I also love crocodile rock!
