I can't find the video that shows how you make them, but I really want to know how you make the shoulder strap that holds the holster.

You still in business? Paid for a holster in May 2024 and noticed your web site is now down. No holster received but did get several "promises" that it either will ship or it has shipped. What's up Marine? is this how "leadership" training developed you? I'm not even going to get a "reach around" am I?

This is not how you do this, and that is. Junk leather that is used for girth strapping for saddles. It is not the proper thickness for holsters.

What would you recommend for making a paddle strop? This is my first time purchasing leather. I ordered the 8-9 oz, because its not going to be flexing and folded its getting glued flat to a wood paddle. What thickness would you have went with? Thanks for all the great information and video.

Use anything above 4 oz and you will be fine. The leather is to carry the rouge the board is going to be your stiffener.

Just a suggestion, but you might think about making these in a right-hand butt forward configuration? Also known as the cavalry style. It keeps your pistol on the right side but also keeps it accessible while seated or mounted.
