My condolences go out to the family, I was in Marcy correctional facility in 1997. And all of those offices And mossy correctional facility are all like that. And for me to see this on national t v of them killing this young man, Is all the proof I need. I had a non-violent case and they treated all the inmates in that fashion. And all of them need to be in jail for life for killing that young man.

They arrested Luigi within a week and charged him for murder. Why haven’t these corruption officers been charged for Murder in the 1st degree because it’s clear as day it was premeditated. They have the whole incident on video.
