I have this printer. I turned off in middle of a print and didn't turn on. I removed the head and cleaned the inside, it turned on and head slammed itself to the right side. The power and resume start blinking. It's not turning on now. What the issue might be?

Hello Mr Dat. I have a Puxma ip7240. The problem is I haven't used it for a few years and upon resumption, the PGBK makes double prints of alphabets. I have tried manual alignment, tried the in built computer generated cleaning function, nozzle check and hardware print head cleaning, to no avail. Are there any suggestions you can offer?
