I love my q7 bike. get a lot of compliments on it. by far I think its the best looking bike out there...and rides awesome on the trails. so far haven't had any problems and going on two years since I got it

Handlebars wont stay put and Ive tried all trouble shooting provided by Asomtom even took it to a bike repair shop at their request. They still won't provide me with a return shipping label.

Also can't keep the handbars position secure. Followed instructions but they are easily moved and when I ride they move instantly.

You haven't been able to resolve the issue and I am getting the run around from you to receive a return label. The bike is very dangerous to ride in the condition received. @@asomtome-bikes1425

How do you keep all the wiring out of the way of the light? It defeats the purpose of having a light in the handlebars if all of your wires are in the way.

I just had a Bee Cool Adventurer stolen and looking at this as a replacement. Does anyone have any experience with their customer service? Bee Cool was / is horrible.

Well it looks to be a mid-drive leveraging a rear cassette with multiple gears and if that's what it appears to be then that's a very good price for a ready-made bike but for that price you could also get a CYC X1 PRO Gen 3 conversion kit which would put that thing to shame

Only 35lbs? That’s insane. Most of these ebikes I’ve been checking are upwards of 60lbs!
