I think it should be based on what you're paying for. You shouldn't expect getting more while paying less. Why buy a cheap car but expect fast acceleration? Tune down your expectation for a cheap car.

As a first time Altima owner I can say most of the complains are just a BS!!! I have 2.5 L SV AWD and 188hp might not blow anyones mind but it has more than enough power for city/hway driving and no way its sluggish. Some people just cant help being a bitter and whinny 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
