Forget Elvis poncing around in his fucking rhinestone, Eddie was the greatest rock and roller bar nobody. Great guitarist, great writer and singer. He would have gone on to an amazing career...what a fucking loss.

As good as Eddie Cochran was he came to stardom while Elvis was away in the Army as well as Buddy Holly. Elvis was way in front of these artists in terms of popularity and record sales. No-one came close to him.

George Harrison loved Eddie, in fact they all did, superb player and artist. 👍

This is exactly why Phil Spector produced his music the way he did! The music comes through STRONG on stereo systems and AM radios, pretty cool.

This is where all modern music started. Still rocks all these years later. The Stones and the Beatles all learned they're craft from this.

It would have been interesting what Eddie would have been able to do with guitar sounds with the modern inputs to amplify sounds

He was on tour with other bands and was singed for a second. The Beatles were added to the second tour, they got moved up as they did more shows. Eddies death may have been their big break, we'll never know. He left us with a lot of good music.

When I watch these old films of the early rockers, I am thankful I was born in 1945 . I've lived through all the great genres with the greatest artists. I didn't have the talent, but my brother Joe did and he rocked.
