I can really relate to this so much! I understand exactly what your going through. For me having a friend or even someone that you know you can reach out to and talk to is definitely a big help you know being able to have a therapist or counselor is definitely another help you know for some people meds work for others they don't so that's to each their own but for me having somebody I can truly talk to and connect with definitely helps. For me -taking walks in nature or with a focus on what is natural. Spending a lot of time outside. Trying to get good sleep. Exercise is huge also. I rollerblade and learning to do that was a transformative experience for me. Self-care and cleaning when I have the energy. I still struggle with my mental health these are just ideas.

Omg lyrica did the same to me! I was put on that along with another SSRI AND Ativan. Needless to say it’s a miracle I am still here, even if it doesn’t feel like it some days haha. Just keep getting up and know that much of this is temporary, and you are strong enough to make it through. We are rooting for you and I am praying for you to be lifted up and cared for! 💜
