How do you tell what a safe brand of vinyl plank flooring is? I've been reading it isn't the safest health wise

This doesn't really teach anyone how to lay vinyl flooring but I'm glad. Once you get the hang of it you do fly through it, but it's a learning curve. Let me be clear, this shouldn't be done as a side hustle. It's perfectly fine to do it as a side hustle so long as you actually learn how to do it and you get your license and you get insurance. That's going to cost you about $200 bucks so it's not that much. But it protects you and most importantly protects the homeowner who's paying you for a service they expect you to be able to provide properly. Don't just go out and start offering this service and taking people's money if you don't know what you're doing. Thanks.

Thanks for the video. Is the cut side at the beginning or in the middle? If it’s in the middle, hope do you attach to the next plank? I am a first timer and have several cut haves left.

Expansion joint at walls of atleast a 1/4" or your floor will start popping up when it expands into the walls...

Why are you covering up real hardwood (at least it looks real) with something that looks fake and ugly? Whoever thought of covering up the old floor with that fake junk needs their head examined. “It’s incredibly easy to install… and incredibly fake looking!”

A power stretcher is recommended. You have to stretch it first, before trimmimg and tucking

Hold the side of the blade flush against the wall and cut, the carpet will bubble up if you fit it like that
