I have one and it's great. But how do you remove the trimmer head? Looks like it might unscrew from the shaft but there's nothing to get a hold on it to turn it.

It looked like the string was laying the grass down as much aa cuting it. Maybe because of the type of grass. I have St Augustine and would not expect it to lay down. Anyway, wish you would have demonstrated changing the string. Can you use bulk string and cut it yourself? Thanks for video
