This machine does not have a built in heating element, but you can add warm water to the solution tank to use on your carpets.

Great video, Thank you. Just started a new job, they have one of the B5 machines. Someone tightened down the pad holder way too much and then tried to use something to unscrew it. The 2 plastic tabs we would normally use to unscrew the pad holder: looks like one is weak (when the blue colored plastic turns a whitish color) and may break off if we apply anymore pressure. So searching on the internet for a way to unscrew the pad holder without damaging anything, LoL. :)

Great video, I had been told that it is $75.00 per hour to have my tech work on this machine. then, my tech left the company. I'm afraid to let anyone set anything on this machine. Now I can do it myself! I work for myself at no cost! This video saved me potentially thousands. I have two machines with this exact motor.

Helped me adjust the valves on my Deere LX277AWS. Easy to follow along, never done this before but with the right tools and a good video it makes the job easier. I take it that all 4 rocker arms are supposed to have some wiggle room after adjusting them back to .006 and have the piston on both cylinders set at TDC?

Do the batteries become serviced or should we replace them?
@USA-CLEANbyJon-Don
@USA-CLEANbyJon-Don 6 жыл бұрын
You can clean the battery posts using the proper tools and safety attire. Wet cell batteries will need water added to them. You can follow the instructions in operator manual of your machine on how to add water if you have wet cell batteries. If you have AGM they are maintenance free. When the machine isn't running at an optimal time it may be time to replace them. You can visit our site, www.USACLEAN.com, and look up your machine to see what batteries it may need and also find the parts and operations manual at the below link: usaclean.com/pm/pmeqpage.aspx?Page=1&mfg=TASKI&model=swingo%20455b

It controls the flow of the solution through the machine when an electrical current passes through to open and close valves.

I don't think you say explicitly, but do I presume rightly your settings are made with cold engine?
