Found this video last night and ordered the driver door and driver side rear door window actuator modules for my 2008 that I recently bought. It was in an accident in 2021 and the shop that did the repair did a TERRIBLE job on reinstalling the wiring harnesses in both doors. I can only assume the modules and lock actuators were both damaged in the accident. I replaced the driver door lock actuator so at least I can lock the door manually. Hopeful that with the replacement of the window regulator modules I will be able to restore the key fob to work with the car! Fingers crossed!! Great video and I'll follow up once I receive the modules and install them! Cheers!

Hello It depends what error codes you have; I don't think that both of them are bad; From my experience: The starter goes bad very rare; it's the converter that kicks off, and the " starter " electronics plate of it. But like I said, you need to see about the error codes. If you don't have error code on the starter, and have multiple errors on different modules from the converter then you need to go first with the converter replacement.
@alinfoal2 ай бұрын
Hi , well done! I got the converter finally after three months. But it want start. I'm not sure if I have to replace the hybrid battery too , or it has to be charged too ... Initially the car was super fine ( only 50K km ) but some crazy car wash man washed the engine and it got the converters burn ... I don't know if the hybrid battery damaged/died too

Hello, can you make a video in which order you install the battery and what else needs to be done regarding cooling the battery.
@ArthurBolbos3 ай бұрын
Hi Well, before you remove the high voltage battery, first you need to free one pole of the 12V battery; after that you have to take off the safety fuse from the converter and after that you can unscrew the plug from the HV battery and remove it! @@alinfoal if you get the same error code, with a new part then your problem should be somewhere else; if the part is " refurbished " or used/second-hand then it might just be that you received a bad part; because 90% it's the " starter " section in the module that goes bad! As spune in prim plan " chemtrails " In plan secundar, boala am avut pe parcursul anilor doar legat de frunze.

Sorry for the late response, I just saw your message. Yes you need tge same part number in about 90% of the cases. The other 10% are part numbers that are newer upgraded from the old one, and they need coding via vcds. But the best and the safest way to go is to search for the genuine part number.
