I've never played the android version so my only advice is to go through all the settings and see if anything works to fix it. Whether frame limiter or vsync or something, I don't know what would work. Best of luck.

Thanks a lot man, I was able to swim but it was really slow, but with this fix it is back to normal. I was stuck on that wu zi mu mission (amphibious assault ) for quite long, and after this the mission became quite easy

Yeah, I’d typically recommend that you only turn on frame limiter when you’re swimming and off for everything else 🤙🤙🤙

was having this issue, glad i found what the cause was. When the FPS limiter is uncapped, have you noticed that cars brake on their own?

It's been a long time since I played it and I don't remember cars braking on their own. Maybe it was something I just didn't notice because it didn't seem to affect the gameplay for me.

This problem is partially present on the Definitive Edition as well, you can go underwater fine but the swim speed is RIDICULOUSLY slow. Dialing back to 30fps helped quite a bit. Thanks! P.s. for anyone having impatience or mad repetitions with the Amphibious Assault mission, once you pass the tunnels.. Swim to the little island straight ahead and you can missile the boats with no consequences!

You cannot do 30fps in DE. Fidelity mode doesnt fix this garbage. And all 3 versions are modified PC version for quick buck...

i love you. i dropped the game cos of the swimming problem, I was stuck on the mission where I have to train my lung. but then after a month I was like hopefully someone can solve it for me and then I found your video. thank you <3
