An incredible waste of time. The entire video just tries to discourage you from doing it. Booking, as always, trying to harm the host. It's amazing how deceitful the system is. I recommend switching to AIRBNB, where they have some kind of consideration for the host.

I did not get any answer for my question, and did not find any info at the extranet, i tried to contact the support but no answer for 3 weeks, the case is that i rent my property out by booking, i recived the payment each thursday and booking cut the commision, so they already got their commision ( 20% ), but at the end of the month i got an invoice from booking to pay the comision again which is exact the same amount they already cut, so i have to pay again 20% whcih make their comision 40%. is thaty correct !! what should i do when the support never answerd me and there is no way to contact them by phone !!!!

your customer service is horrible. been emailing the company over ten weeks regarding my listing and your company keep charging me booking fees even though the guest are not showing up. how is that, 100 percent of the guest are no shows. Fraud is 200 percent and every time I try to do anything on your page, I have to jump through hoops?

its a struggle to get hold of an agent to help me sorting out 2 invoices that is already paid on the 8th of September and still shows at my side unpaid, to make a call its also a headache, hold on for more than half an hour and when your call is actually been answered, they said they will call back in 2 minutes and still waiting for the agent to call me back to sort out the problem, not a user friendly website at all

Anyone has a solution that will help me resolve this issue: I’ve been struggling with a greyed-out 'View Credit Card Details' button on my VCC for weeks now. Despite sending numerous emails and complaints, I’ve received no meaningful support from Booking. Their responses are either completely off-topic or they stop replying once I try to clarify the issue. One time, they even sent me a phone number that no one answers. To make matters worse, Booking is still asking for their commission, even though they are holding the payment that I haven’t received! In contrast, Airbnb excels in technical support for hosts, and Booking could really learn from them, especially when it comes to user experience on both their app and website.
