Think the guys need to change the programme title, very little to do with Cheltenham 2025 tips. Far too much padding and waffle with different sections amounting to the same stuff. Not a patch on Road to Cheltenham with Lydia and Ruby.

Jesus I thought Johnny would know about the mares ratings.. The handicap rating is the handicap rating. If a gelding and mare pass the line together in a maiden, the mare will get a 7lbs lower rating.. It's factored in

@@Gmfacre31 JD flip flops so much. He’s a great character but he does talk some waffle. He thinks one of those mares will beat Con Hill yet he didn’t have her down as one of his performances of the week. He spent most of last year saying GDC would get beat in the GC

Think you were right Steve if one bet affects another bet you can't back them in a double eg same horse in 2000g and Derby. Only in special bet. Eg 20/1 to win both. Great show you are the man.

The mares allowance is factored into their rating no? As in Honeysuckle’s peak rating of 165 would’ve been 172 if a gelding had won those champion hurdles the exact same way with no allowance

If Gigginstown put in a pacemaker with Brighterdaysahead...Lossiemouth won't be able to keep up with the gallop in the first place. In fact, a pacemaker of any sort plays right into the hands of Constitution Hill. He'll gallop their tits off. Will King Of Kingsfield go off at a faster pace than Burdett Road? He'll definitely checkout faster than Burdett Road in a strongly run Champion Hurdle

They went a faster pace in the Leopardstown race over Christmas. It was a strange run from Lossiemouth alright. I wonder did she not enjoy the ground as much, and she may prefer it a little softer. Or was she just taken off her feet. Willie Mullins said they spent so much time getting her to settle that maybe they need to do the opposite if they're going for the Champion Hurdle. That's fair enough, I'm sure we'll find out next time
