honestly his pronunciation is almost too perfect like he pronounces the t in ist and uses the dativ ekrkfkdb im lov
@ilregulator3 жыл бұрын
For nordic people german pronounciation is not that difficult. But his grammar is indeed on a very high level. I didn't expect him to speak German and definitely not expect him to speak that good
@Gorgonath3 жыл бұрын
@@ilregulator well Icelandic grammar is even more complex than german grammar in some things, like cases, so he is already accostumed to the concept and to their use

When Matthías sings he looks like an angry German...lol! Love from 🇩🇪❤🔥
@kajarozz5 жыл бұрын
This explains everything! They say German sounds so hard and rough but I think it's the sexiest language so of course Matthias is half German, d'oh!

Matthías speaks a really superb German! The pronunciation, the slang, very fine :-)

Dafür, dass Matthías nicht lange in Deutschland gewohnt hat ist sein deutsch richtig gut. Ich kenne Leute die schon ihr ganzes Leben in Deutschland leben und viel schlechter sprechen. Matthías German is extremely good given the short amount of time he lived here. there are Native Speakers who speak way worse. It’s almost flawless. I’m so happy right now 🥰 :)
@imthesenate64684 жыл бұрын
Its not as fluent as any native speakers german, but he defenetly uses more sophisticated words then most native speakers
@theGoldjey4 жыл бұрын
Ja ist aber auch nicht so schwierig, da seine Muttersprache ja ebenfalls Germanischstämmig ist. Für meine Verwandten aus Schweden war es sehr einfach sobald sie die Grammatik drauf hatten (die ist um Welten einfacher bei den Nordischen Sprachen, keine Konjugation z.B. oder nur "Neutrum" und "Männlich/weiblich zusammen")
@markolcl47843 жыл бұрын
@@theGoldjey Ja, aber im gegensatz zu den anderen Nordischen Sprachen, hat Isländisch keine einfache Grammatik, sie ist sogar noch komplizierter als die deutsche, und interessanterweise oft ähnlicher der deutschen als anderen skandinawischen Sprachen. Deshalb kann ich mir vorstellen, dass es Isländern eigentlich angenehm sein könnte deutsch zu lernen.

Omg, I knew it!!! I already thought Matthías could speak German. And I’m not German, but I’m Dutch. German and Dutch are alike, don't be angry Germans and Dutchmen, we all secretly know that it is true hahaha. I don't need English subtitles to understand. So yes its very similar.
