5:02 I didn't see this option. In Google Console, under settings, I had the option "domain name provider - Associate a DNS record with Google" Then I saw instructions for my hosting provider and a start verification button. Once clicked, I was taken to the login page and a message indicated in this case my (mail settings) will have to be disable services or conflicting DNS records. There was a connect button then I was asked do you want to allow Google access to connect to my domain I selected allow. At the end, it says you are a verified owner. I have two websites to verify so I will wait 24-48 hours and see what happens. One thing I did notice that i updated. I have 2 domain names one is shorter that forwards to the main URL. Make sure in your GB profile if you are doing the same that the main URL is the one you put in your profile. @@PeterHoyte When you transfer two or more locations to a group in business profile manager, it will be grouped in business manager and in search but not in Google maps. In Google maps, the locations should be marked with the location icon. As long as all locations show up in maps, you are good.

Yes, ideally for any business with 2 to 3 locations in the same state in close proximity with identical name; the 2 to 3 locations are all displayed in search and maps. If they are in different states and not close in proximity, Google will typically show the one that is closest to the searchers location. Popular brands however get treated differently. Most times, Google will display all their locations even the new locations that are not close to the searcher. And that is because of their history, relevance and their prominence. The big brands have built up positive reviews and that helps. For new businesses, it takes some time for that to happen. Google will always show the location close to the searcher. As you get continue to get reviews and do some SEO work, it will start to happen.
