The sending of computer files via amateur radio seems to be against the amateur radio rules in the US at minimum. as the transmission (message content) cannot monitored during transmission by a third party. Sending plain text is likely OK.

I tried the project N° 5 using one AR150 on -2 Channel 5MHz B.W. and one LDF-2nD on -1channel 5MHz B.W., but the 2 nodes can't connect via DtD Link.

As I mention in the video, I deliberately oversimplified the topic of VoIP call quality by focusing only on the number of network hops. Recently Mark N2MH shared a great comment: "Packet loss is an important metric because actual speech fragments are lost forever. In my experience, you can almost hold a conversation at 5% loss, 10% becomes a guessing game, and 15% is useless." One way to estimate the packet loss is to use the PING tool discussed in this video. It displays both latency and packet loss.
