It does, but the voice was recorded during the time the N2s and N4s were very early, the N2s and N4s later in the video are from late 2009-2010

These replaced the Polara N2 Navigators on Bake Parkway and Irvine Center Dr. I'm not sure if the Polara N2 Navigators did a countdown, but the wave buttons did a machine gun noise.
