I've just learnt a small amount about the work of Carol and Richard and I am saddened to hear about the way he left this world. He and Carol, deserved many more years together doing what they loved best and what brought them together in the first place.

I spent ten days with Richard at the Belize Zoo as he was shooting a film on Jaguars. It was as good as walking into a National Geographic magazine to be with him and Carol walking thru the jungle.

Shady Mack is a farting mother fucker. I never heard anybody ever fart so much in my goddamn life. We were in Tango 2 for like 2 or 3 months in the same cell. He’s ok I guess. Yeah he talked like 24/7. I he was a commentator for Amedea Football. Shady Mack is a really cool rapper and conversationalist.

A very nice tribute indeed. I recently learned of Richard's passing and was very grieved by it. We had the privilege to stay at Savannah Guest House a few years back. Carol was busy with a camera crew and preparing a set, and Richard was gracious to share in all the activities. We joined him for feeding the crocs, I 'helped' with capturing bats one night that were to be used in a set, and he gave us many impromptu narrated tours around the property. He was a brilliant and kind man who freely shared his work and life with random folks like us.

This is so beautiful, keeping the culture alive is so important because it represents our identity. In this modern century, infusing music and technology with the culture I think is a step in the right direction for our millennial generation.
