How many times a day should I do the cheek lifter?

Ideally twice a day; the first thing in the morning and right before going to bed. When you practice the FYM poses in the morning, it wakes up the facial muscles and makes you more aware of facial movements throughout the day. Most of us develop unfavorable muscle practices, i.e. frowning. Practicing the FYM in the morning can help to break bad facial habits. Practicing the FYM before going to bed helps to reset the muscles you used during the day and to relax not only the face muscles, but the mind and prepare you to have a nice peaceful sleep. If you find it hard to practice the poses in the morning, practice them throughout the day. Some of the poses you can practice while you are driving, cooking, watching TV and even in the shower! Try to make it into an everyday habit.

what if your eye bags are due to large eye orbits? Any particular exercise for that?

@@faceyogamethod Thats pretty reassuring! I forgot to mention about mid cheek lines to btw, what about those? Same thing applies? Sometimes low set cheek bones can be the cause of that so could there be exercises for those too? Lastly, i have 20/60 vision, so i would assume the the eye with perfect vision is the reason those muscles are more activated and thus decade more than on my left side. The eye bags and mid lines on my left side( with the bad eye) is not as bad as my right side (good eye), would i have to modify these practices to balance out the muscle activity because the right eye muscles are much weaker than the left. When i squint on the left, i can still see the eye muscle clearly bulge out through my skin, but not with the right. In fact, the right eye muscles feel weaker too
