I had a situation just now where I first got shot by the flying lightening balls, i took cover in a garrage, then a bit later I moved out and there was nothing in sight, but i starting taking damage (from the environment?) and no matter what I did or where I ran, I kept taking damage until about 10-20 seconds later I was dead despite moving far from that location. What was that?

COMPLETLY FORGOT ABOUT THE GRENADES AND DUCT TAPE. When you accept the quest it will give you 3 grenades and 3 duct tape, these will be used for sabotaging the 3 crates. You can reset the quest if you lose the supplies.

For some reason after the first time I completed it it won't let me get the second one no matter which one I check. I have both types of ducktape and multiple types of nades.

3070. i7 11700k. 64gb 3200 mhz ddr4 ram. M.2 ssd. I only get around 60 fps. I play on native at 2k resolution all settings on low.

I only get around 60 myself. I am working on a settings guide. But one tip is to have all settings on low and to close all programs you don't need open. What resolution are you playing on? And have you tried playing on native.

The reason it looks good is because it's constant 60 fps. I don't have that high of fps.
