Great lesson, thanks! The cool thing about viewing this on KZbin as opposed to having been at the zoom is that I can turn the subtitles on and can see your instructions that I can''t hear while I'm making sounds!

My husband has some thinning of the C-7 disc. He also practiced dentistry for 40 years, which caused him to bend over in an awkward position. He now has some numbness in the tips of his fingers. This lesson is perfect for counteracting disc compression and repetitive motions of the head bent over and extending the arm to work on patients. The slow movement combines with a gradual arm reaching from hip to floor, opening up the wrists, shoulders, upper back, and neck. Thank you for your clear instructions.

This is such a powerful lesson, not only to lengthen the hamstrings but how and why. And with that knowledge, you can become more conscious of making getting out of the chair so much easier.

Brilliant! Thank you for sharing this transformative practice!! I had to stop to thank you at around 20 minutes in when you talked about turning to look with the imaginary eyes on the back of my head... Brilliant!! I lead seated exercise classes for Parkinson’s Resources of Oregon and I will be telling all my groups about this generous KZbin post. I am confident many people with a Parkinson’s Disease diagnosis will be able to find relief through the practice of the Feldenkrais system!!

Can you have 2 orders I’m at the same time. One to protect the down side and one to allow an anticipated big rise in a stock?
Great question! I will add it to the list of questions which I will send Dr. Duncan.
