Actually, London Gatwick airport, is a more, relaxing place to go too, especially the business lounge? and also the boarding, the gates, have come nearby, which is good, before, the journey, to get there, is far away? to boarding?

What can you keep? I’m guessing the amenity kit but what about notepad and pyjamas?

Hi Lucy, thank you for your comment. You can keep the notepad, pen, pyjamas and the amenity kits. Mostly everything can be taken away except the headphones.

I always go out my way to fly from Gatwick if I’m going J or F, once you arrive by chauffeur and check in it’s literally 5 minutes to the lounge and it’s a lovely quiet lounge, especially if you get the 2pm flight. It’s always half empty as well. Great video and nice to see the updates a380 bar!

Hi, yes you get to keep the amenity kits, notepad and pen. Not the headphones unfortunately.

Confused about the shower situation. There seems to be two, but no privacy divider???

Hi The Swirl Experience, thanks for your question. There's actually only one shower in the suite. There is a huge mirror on the right which seems to give the illusion of the double shower. The shower & spa suite is private and its only for one person to experience 🙂

I would like to fly to/from Gatwick, but flying from OZ is several thousand $A more than LHR. Dont understand why LGW is a 100 or so less km than LGW.

Good point :) I don't quite get the pricing as well..however note that you can catch an express train from LHR to LGW which takes 30mins
